Toast to the Coast showcases the best wines and food from the Surf Coast, Moorabool Valley and Bellarine Peninsula regions. It offers visitors the chance to taste, drink and eat their way across a selection of award-winning wineries while enjoying picturesque vineyard settings and live entertainment. Wine Geelong wanted to improve event operations and safety for this high-risk event, along with the provision of capacity-building support for wineries providing their own event management within this major event.

Our goal was to create a framework for better event operations and safety.

Wine Geelong wanted to improve event operations and safety for this iconic wine-tasting event. Our goal with this project was to plan a seamless and safe event experience for the thousands of people involved. We focused on improving the event management process, streamlined ticketing and increased risk management protocols to deliver a safer and more enjoyable event for all.

Toast to the Coast emerged as a true celebration of the Wine Geelong region, offering visitors an unforgettable day out or weekend getaway while serving as a remarkable promotional platform for the participating venues.
