Rachella Thomas is an award-winning events consultant based in Australia.
With 24 years' experience creating world-class events and festivals, Rachella is the go-to consultant for organisations looking to improve their event strategy.
Throughout her career, Rachella has built a renowned major events agency and played a leading senior role in the success of iconic events and festivals such as Melbourne Food and Wine Festival, Commonwealth Games' Queen Baton Relay, Royal Melbourne Show, Australian Open, Truffle Melbourne Festival, Moomba Festival, Australia Day, Jayco Herald Sun Tour, and more.
Rachella’s real-world approach is what sets her apart. Her extensive experience in the planning and delivery of major events has earned her a reputation for cutting through complexity and offering clear, independent, frank and friendly advice. In an industry that is often complicated and challenging, Rachella brings a focused high-level strategy, paired with practical and hands-on knowledge at the operational level.
In 2020, Rachella founded Event Kit, an online shop and resource with the purpose to provide affordable and on-demand event templates to event planners around the world. Event Kit features 150+ event planning tools designed to make event planning quicker and easier.
