Project Summary
Run by the Wyndham Ministers Network and supported by the Wyndham City Council, the Wyndham Carols by Candlelight aims to bring the whole community together to celebrate the joy of Christmas. The Wyndham Carols by Candlelight, which attracts 5000 people each year, features songs and carols with live band and includes various performances by local community groups.
For this project, we supported our client to secure permits and approvals seamlessly with documentation designed to comply with event stakeholder requirements. Throughout the initial event planning phase, we navigated our client through the complex public event permits process, and submit professional event documentation for quick approval from your event stakeholders.
Our goal was to create make the public event permits and approvals feel easy.
Our client successfully secured all required permits quickly and easily, and received positive feedback about the quality of their event documentation. Moreover, our event coaching provided a solid foundation for our client to progress confidently through all the stages of event management, right up to event day.
